Really just a miserable time.

Nowhere to go, nothing to do, not even a modicum of challenge given you start with a leveled "character."

Models look like they're ripped from Adventure Quest.

1. Ripped from adventure quest how? This game was made with RPG Maker MV. That remark show's you're entirely unfamiliar and uninformed about the engine. Vance, Nikki, Hickey, Reginald, Wyn, and several other characters were all made using the engine. Moreover, adventure quest uses an image format built around flash, I couldn't rip anything from there if I tried.

2. Dragonfable is better than adventure quest.

3. It was my first ever game that I made, one that didn't even make it to a version 1, the most recent version being 0.4, you're literally complaining about a game that didn't make it to 50%, a game that unfortunately broke. 

4. There's more places to go than there is in phantasy star 2. The scale of the game is actually why it glitched out and broke, it was a mess of huge dungeons, and places that didn't need to be as large. There's 3 dungeons in one town just to get a set of gas station keys. I could see the argument about "nothing to do", but nowhere to go? Unfounded. 

5. Speaking of nothing to do,  18 bounty quests were planned. However that never came to be. There was supposed to also be like a 33 item, trade quest, (like ocarina of time type thing). There was also supposed to be a lighting puzzle, as I was starting to learn and get a grip on community_lighting plugin.

6. Have you tried giving constructive criticism instead of being a little bitch? Nope. You waited until a game was already dead, to even say anything, you're beating a dead horse.

7. Actually, you don't start with a leveled character, you start at level 1, so you didn't even play the game. You're over here slandering an incomplete project just to be a dick.

Journey Through Tellmain is getting a new update soon. I AM HALF WAY FINISHED WITH UPDATING EVENTS, EQUIPMENT, AND ENEMIES, WHOO. So hopefully I should have 0.5v out soon. It is obviously taking me a longer than a week, It'll probs be out in two more, so yes that's next month, so yes August 2024, probably. The combat is slightly more grindy, that's a good thing, you're also in actual danger when entering combat. Encounters will also be more frequent, so even if you're over leveled for a dungeon or area, you'll still have to prepare and use your better judgment, escaping now has a purpose.  WAYYYYYY BETTER COMBAT.

Whew update v0.4 is going to be huge compared to v0.3. We're talking about the game doubling in size overall. version v0.5 will hopefully have the conclusion to the main story. This was supposed to be a small project after all. v0.6 will be adding in a few side quests. That's all I have planned at the moment, but I'm sure there will be more further down the line. Then, after I'm satisfied with this game, I'll start my actual game. Journey Through Tellmain is of course a Rated M type deal, or at least I intend it to be, However the second game will be full on AO (Adults Only). After which I will probably do a second AO game, and  then maybe for a fourth game, I'll do "Return to Clon" as a rated M sequel to this game.
